This is a fantastic app. For taking care of a quick calculation this app by far surpasses all others. Not to mention their support. It is top notch. I reported a small bug and the maker immediately responded and is fixing the issue!!

This app does just what you need it to do. The ability to add taxes and insurance is a great feature. It remembers your last inputs and allows you to save investment projects. God job!!!
